The U.S. Army allows for individuals to practice and excel in their leadership skills. They are composed of a variety of individuals which provides an array of different cultures. Overall, the Army allows you to improve yourself as a whole.

Advice for prospective applicants:

I can say that working as a soldier in the U.S. Army Reserves is a very challenging job; at the same time it is absolutely rewarding and that is why I do it.
