    Thank you for adding me. I am looking for a career change. I have completed my Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources but I am not having much luck cracking into human resources. I feel that I have the qualifications but always get turned down because of no experience. I have worked as an hourly employee for 18 years and now I'm looking to move into the management field. I joined HRGuru to make contacts and set up a network that may be able to help me find a position in the human resource area. I will be glad to discuss my qualifications with yourself or to anyone who sees this post on the wall. Thanks again!

    Hello Stacie. Thanks for the invitation. I think hrguru is wonderful. It's a great way to share information and chat with others who understand your field. I have a Master's in HR and I spent several years in the military. Currently I am running my own cleaning business but I really want to work for the government but I feel that I need training in the compensation and staffing areas. Do you know of any seminars in these areas?
